In addition to the garden we coordinate work on and inside the house: façade renovation and painting, plaster, tiling and ceramics, balcony and stair railings, gutters and refurbishment. All of these trades are licensed crafts under Annex A of the German Crafts Code, so we do not carry them out ourselves: they are executed by registered master craft businesses that we commission as subcontractors. Consultation, planning, scheduling and a single point of contact remain with us.
